Roles And Responsibilities
Schedule and coordinate service appointments, dispatch technicians or service staff.
Act as the main point of contact for clients regarding service-related inquiries and updates.
Maintain and update service records, client files, and job logs.
Collaborate with internal teams (e.g., logistics, operations, sales) to ensure service requirements are met.
Monitor service progress and follow up with clients post-service to ensure satisfaction.
Handle complaints and escalate issues when necessary to appropriate departments.
Generate service reports, metrics, and performance updates.
Ensure compliance with company policies and service standards.
