1. AMC / CAMC / Spares offers and follow up.
2. Book the spares and service (AMC/CAMC/VAP/Per day) orders in the system and ensure planned visit dates are entered correctly as per required billing and visit plan.
3. Assign engineer calls and follow up to timely closure and matain MTTR /pm billing plan as per online service calendar.
4. Maintain Complaint Register & assign the calls based on priority / urgency & ensure minimum travelling maximum visits.
5. Follow up of O/s and Commercial Forms and updating on google drive. Reconcile statements frequently for TDS and other deductions entries.
6. Material / tools logistics arrangements.
7. Service Engineer scheduling, but with consent / approval by TSE/Service executive. Report into TSE.
8. Complaint Closure Email.
9. Communication regarding Commissioning, Spares Orders, Warranty / CAMC Requests, OA for AMC / CAMC.
10. Coordination and execution of activities thru vendors, including internal documentation.
11. Administrative work daily attendance, TA Bills related.
12. Collect Service Reports and act on requirement of spares, VAP. And discuss with TSE/CSE in case required.
13. Return Orders Handling. and collect defectives and send to factory.
14. Maintain Enquiry Board... make it easy to segregate Service, Spares, and VAP enquiries.
15. Spare leads generation with TSE and sending to executive
16. Billing execution of spares /AMC /VAP with factory
