The Service Coordinator is responsible for managing and coordinating all service-related activities, including scheduling service engineers, maintaining service records, ensuring customer satisfaction, and handling documentation. The role requires strong organizational and communication skills to efficiently manage service operations and support the technical team.
Key Responsibilities:
Handle and coordinate the service engineers' team to ensure timely completion of service activities.
Plan and schedule service calls for engineers based on customer requests and priority.
Maintain accurate records of service visits, customer complaints, and resolutions.
Prepare and update all service-related documentation, reports, and files as per company standards.
Calculate and prepare daily allowances or travel claims for service engineers.
Regularly report service activities, performance, and escalations to the parent company.
Handle and resolve serious or unresolved service issues in coordination with the technical and management teams.
Oversee Annual Maintenance Contract (AMC) and Comprehensive Maintenance Contract (CMC) processes from initiation to closure -- including quotations, renewals, tracking, and execution.
Skills & Competencies:
Strong coordination and organizational skills
Good communication and interpersonal abilities
Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
Knowledge of service management systems (preferred)
Problem-solving and multitasking skills

2-5 years of experience in service coordination or related field
