We are looking for a proactive and customer-focused Service Coordinator to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling customer calls and emails, understanding client queries, and providing timely and effective responses.
Key Responsibilities:
Attend inbound calls from customers/clients and understand their service- related queries
Respond to customer emails professionally and within defined timelines
Coordinate with internal teams to resolve customer issues efficiently
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and service requests
Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through clear communication and follow-ups
Requirements
:Minimum 6 months to 1 year of experience in a service coordination, customer support, or similar role
Good verbal and written communication skills
Ability to understand customer concerns and provide appropriate solutions
Basic knowledge of MS Office and email handling
Strong organizational and coordination skills
