The Service Coordinator is responsible for planning, scheduling, and coordinating field service activities. This role ensures efficient service operations, maintains customer satisfaction, and supports the technical team in resolving issues timely.
Key Responsibilities:
Schedule and dispatch service engineers for installations, maintenance, and repair work.
Coordinate with clients for service appointments and updates.
Maintain service records, job sheets, and customer feedback logs.
Follow up with the technical team to ensure timely completion of jobs.
Prepare and track service reports and pending job lists.
Maintain spare parts inventory and raise requirements as needed.
Assist in warranty and AMC (Annual Maintenance Contract) tracking.
Handle customer complaints and ensure resolution through appropriate teams.
Provide daily/weekly service reports to management.
Key Skills:
Excellent communication and coordination skills
Knowledge of basic technical terms related to electrical or electronics (UPS, batteries, inverters, etc.)
Strong problem-solving ability and multitasking
Computer proficiency - MS Excel, Word, and service management software
Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple service calls
Customer-focused approach
Qualifications:
Graduate or Diploma in any field (Technical background preferred)
1-3 years of experience in service coordination or customer support (preferably in technical industries)
