We are seeking a Service Coordinator to manage and coordinate activities within our Engine Service Department. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical foundation in engine systems and experience in overseeing service operations.
Key Responsibilities:
Plan and coordinate all engine services efficiently.
Coordinate with service engineers, technicians, and customers to ensure smooth workflow and effective communication.
Prepare and process service invoices and maintain accurate service and billing records.
Ensure the progress of engine service for timely completion and customer satisfaction.
Provide technical support to the service department as needed.
Qualifications & Skills:
Diploma or Degree in technical and related field.
Minimum 2 years of experience in engine or heavy equipment service coordination.
Experience in excel and billing or service management software.
Good understanding of engine systems, maintenance procedures, and service operations.
