Receive and process service requests via phone, email, or system entries
Schedule and dispatch technicians or service personnel in a timely and efficient manner
Maintain accurate records of service calls, work performed, and client communications
Coordinate with customers to confirm appointments and follow up after service
Monitor open jobs and ensure timely completion and proper documentation
Communicate job updates with internal teams and clients
Assist with invoicing, reports, and maintaining service logs
Maintain and update customer databases and service software
Support field staff with logistical or administrative needs
Ensure compliance with safety and company protocols
