Coordinate daily service and maintenance schedules for ELV technicians and engineers.
Handle incoming service requests, log issues, and ensure timely assignment and resolution.
Maintain service records, job sheets, and documentation for all maintenance and support activities.
Monitor SLAs and ensure service is delivered within agreed timelines.
Communicate with clients to confirm appointments, follow up on service quality, and gather feedback.
Support in troubleshooting by collecting information and sharing with technical teams.
Ensure availability of spare parts and tools for scheduled jobs.
Prepare and track maintenance contracts and AMC schedules.
Assist in preparing service reports, quotations, and invoices in coordination with finance.
Liaise with vendors or third-party contractors when needed.
