3. Updating service requests in ERP.

4. Coordinate with the Service Personnel and Follow-up of the complaints

5. Proper follow-up of the complaints

6. Needed Training will be given in the company

7.

Good communication skills in Hindi is must as you will be speaking with North Indian Customers
