Roles & Responsibilities:
Handle incoming calls and emails from customers.
Log service requests including detailed information for repairs.
Provide service support over the phone to customers.
Should be able to work Australian shift timings (4AM - 12:30PM IST)

Pay: ₹300,000.00 - ₹500,000.00 per year
Ability to commute/relocate:
Chennai, Tamil Nadu: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)
Experience:
International voice process: 1 year (Preferred)
