JOB DESCRIPTION



? Handling Mail Correspondence and Telephone Communication.

? Schedule ,Organize and Track Appointments of Service Technicians ( Training will be given ).

? Monitor Job progress to ensure timely completion.

? Handling Quotation Preparations , Payment Follow up , Record keeping of Service calls and work order.

? Track and manage service related materials , tools and inventory.

? Handling inbound and outbound calls .

? Organize the Travelling and to Arrange the Accommodation For Service Technicians .
