JOB ROLE
A service coordinator manages and organizes service-related activities, acting as a liaison between clients and service teams to ensure smooth operations and customer satisfaction. They schedule appointments, manage resources, and handle client communications, contributing to efficient service delivery and positive client relationships.
Scheduling and Coordination:
Organizing and scheduling service appointments, optimizing resource allocation, and ensuring timely completion of tasks.
Client Communication:
Serving as the primary point of contact for clients, addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and providing updates.
Team Collaboration:
Working with technicians and other team members to facilitate seamless service delivery.
