Service Coordinator
to join our team and ensure smooth scheduling, communication, and execution of service activities.
Key Responsibilities:
Coordinate and schedule service calls, repairs, and maintenance jobs with customers and technicians
Track and monitor service requests from initiation to closure
Communicate updates to clients and internal teams to ensure timely service delivery
Maintain service records, job sheets, and reports in the system
Assist in parts ordering, warranty claims, and vendor follow-ups
Handle customer queries and provide status updates
Support the service team in achieving performance targets
Requirements:
Minimum 6 months experience in service coordination, customer service, or related roles
Strong organizational and time management skills
Excellent verbal and written communication
Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
Proficiency in MS Office / service management software
Customer-focused mindset with problem-solving skills
