Job Description

Position : Designation Service Back End Coordinator



i. /Roles & Responsibilities - Allocate Service , Breakdown, Installation, PM calls to Service Engineers

ii. Doing CSAT for closed complaints

iii. Coordinating with Factory and arranging spares for WTY/CMC complaints

iv. Answering Phone calls and logging customer complaints, Addressing their Queries

v. Good Coordination with Field Team

vi. Handle Customer escalation Email and reply politely with resolution

vii. Perform other duties as assigned

viii. Handle customer complaints and resolve issues

ix. Work closely with other departments to resolve problems

Requirement

-

1 to 2 yrs Experience as a Service Coordinator



1. Any Degree, Diploma or Equivalent

2. Tamil, English Hindi must

3. Strong communication skills, both verbal and written

4. Proficient with Microsoft Office software & SAP

5. Ability to multi-task and work independently

6. Customer service-oriented mindset

Job Type: Full-time

300,000.00 per year
