Service Coordinator Job Overview:



We are seeking a proactive and customer-focused

Service Coordinator

to manage service operations and act as the vital link between clients and our field service engineers. The ideal candidate must be fluent in

Hindi

and capable of effectively handling communication with

North Indian clients

while coordinating timely support from the service team.

Key Responsibilities:



Act as the

primary point of contact

for clients, especially those based in

North India

, for all service-related queries, scheduling, and updates.

Coordinate service appointments

between clients and on-site service engineers to ensure timely and efficient support. Assign and track field visits for service engineers based on urgency, location, and availability. Clearly communicate service details, timelines, and expectations to clients. Collect and relay necessary

technical information

and client requirements to the service engineers. Follow up with service engineers post-visit to confirm issue resolution and collect service reports. Handle customer complaints, inquiries, and feedback professionally, ensuring high client satisfaction. Maintain detailed records of service schedules, job completions, client communications, and pending issues. Generate regular reports on service performance and open tasks for internal review. Ensure service delivery aligns with company standards and client expectations. Conduct follow-up calls or feedback surveys to evaluate customer experience.

Skills & Qualifications Required:



Proven experience in a

service coordination

customer support

technical service

role, preferably in an engineering or machinery-based industry

Fluency in Hindi and English

Strong interpersonal and communication skills to handle both clients and technical teams Ability to

Preferred Qualifications:



Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field Prior experience handling

North Indian clients

or remote service teams is an added advantage

Work Schedule:



Full-time - Day Shift Must be available for urgent client or field team support, if required
