The Service Coordinator should assess the IT service needs of clients and link them to the appropriate resources and providers.
He/She should address & attend to the walk-in customers, after diagnosing should provide adequate solution options to them & fill in the job sheet by mentioning the case issues.
He should clear the calls within the specified TAT.
Responsibilities:
Customer Management
Handle and resolve customer complaints/inquiries via mail or phone or Software in a timely and accurate manner.
Maintain a database of customer service orders and invoicing records.
Provide excellent customer service, listening carefully to customer concerns and addressing issues until the customer is satisfied
Maintains quality service by establishing and enforcing organization standards.
Providing service quotations
Follow up with service vendors
Reports generation on a weekly basis
Booking warranty calls and tracking replacements.
Complete tracking from call landing to call closing.
Mail reply to service concerns through Outlook,
Job sheet and DC maintenance
Cash entries in the note. ( Walk in customers)
Male Person Required
IT Similar Industries background is a must
Team Management skills
Review to be done on a weekly basis by the Service Head, on the below-mentioned criteria
Online documentation of enquires
Review on monthly achievement - target VS actuals
Reduction in repeated escalation on the serviced units
Reduced errors in quality check
TAT in closing the calls.
