Job Title: Service Coordinator
Location: Indore
Key Responsibilities:
Schedule and manage customer service appointments and follow-ups.
Coordinate with technicians and workshop staff to track progress on vehicle servicing.
Communicate with customers regarding service status, estimated costs, and timelines.
Maintain accurate service records and update databases regularly.
Support the service team with parts availability, inventory tracking, and internal coordination.
Ensure customer queries and concerns are addressed promptly and professionally.
Prepare daily reports for service performance and customer feedback.
Required Skills:
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Good organizational and time management abilities
Basic understanding of vehicle service processes (training will be provided)
Ability to work in a team and handle customer interactions with empathy and clarity
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree or diploma in Engineering (Mechanical, Automobile, or related fields preferred) / Freshers.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
