Responsibilities
Coordinate daily service calls and assign tasks to technicians.
Maintain service records, customer details, and job completion reports.
Follow up with customers regarding service updates and feedback.
Ensure timely completion of service requests and proper documentation.
Support the service team with spare requirements and scheduling.
Maintain professional communication with customers and internal teams.
Assist in warranty claims, AMC records, and service follow-ups.
Requirements
Education: Degree / Diploma (any discipline).
Experience: Minimum 1 year preferred (power tools / electronics service field added advantage).
Strong communication and coordination skills.
Ability to manage technicians and handle customer queries professionally.
Must be responsible, active, and able to handle pressure.
Preference for candidates from nearby locations to Pattambi.
