The Service Coordinator will be the central point of contact for all service-related inquiries and operations. This role is crucial for ensuring the efficient scheduling of technical staff, prompt resolution of customer issues, and accurate maintenance of service documentation.
Key Responsibilities
Customer Communication:
Manage all
incoming customer calls
related to service, maintenance, and installation requests.
Service Logistics:
Handle comprehensive
service logging and follow-ups
to ensure all tickets are addressed in a timely manner.
Technician Scheduling:
Strategically
schedule and dispatch technicians
for both new product
installation
and routine/emergency
maintenance
services.
Client Coordination:
Coordinate client communication and feedback
, serving as the liaison between the customer and the technical service team to guarantee satisfaction.
Reporting & Documentation:
Maintain accurate and detailed
service records and reports
for analysis of operational efficiency.
Requirements
Proven experience in a coordination, dispatch, or administrative role, preferably within a technical service environment.
Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
Proficiency in using scheduling software and preparing detailed reports.
Ability to manage high-volume calls and coordinate a team of field technicians effectively.
Working Hours
9:30 AM - 6:30 PM
