Job Description

Act as the primary point of contact for customers regarding service queries and requests.

Coordinate with internal departments and service teams to ensure timely resolution of issues.

Handle customer complaints professionally and provide effective solutions.

Maintain records of service activities, schedules, and follow-ups.

Prepare and share reports related to service performance and client feedback.

Support management in improving customer experience and service efficiency.

Ensure compliance with company policies and service standards.

Qualifications & Skills:



Bachelor's degree (preferably in Mechanical / Technical background).
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹16,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
