Key Responsibilities
Handle customer service calls and assign jobs to field engineers.
Coordinate preventive maintenance and service schedules.
Track AMC/CMC contracts, warranty coverage, and service history.
Prepare quotations and service-related documentation.
Maintain reports using
Advanced Excel (VLOOKUP, HLOOKUP, Pivot Tables)
.
Manage customer communication, inquiries, and feedback.
Candidate Profile
Min 1 year of experience in service coordination / operations / admin.
Strong in MS Excel
(advanced formulas, reporting, data analysis).
Good communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
Experience in quotation preparation will be an added advantage.
