Service - Coordinator - Northern Region

Location: NEW DELHI

Reporting : SERVICE MANAGER - Northern Region

Employment Type: Full-time

Experience and Key Skills :

Min. 3-5 years of experience in Service Coordination. Individuals with experience in handling service coordination of Commercial Kitchen equipments, service support will be preferred.

Job Responsibilities :

Attending service complaints Interacting with customers independently. Provide solutions to customers time to time Coordination between various departments for resolution of issues being raised by various customers Placement of Engineers/ Technician on daily basis against customer complaints/ installation etc. Strong Computer skills Good communication skills verbal & written. Preparing Quotations for customers. Follow up on outstanding payments. Must be strong on Excel and Tally/ Busy.

Basic Qualifications

Graduate in B.COM stream / M.B.A from a reputed university will be an added advantage. Overall effective personality and result oriented attitude. Good communication and presentation skills. Female will be given preference with all parameters being equal.

Compensation :

CTC Rs. 3.8 Laks Per Annum upwards Salary will not be a constraint for the right candidate depending upon the personal performance in interview. Compensation will depend upon past record and stability.
