To coordinate and manage service calls, allocate technicians, resolve customer complaints, and ensure timely and effective service delivery for HVAC systems.
Key Responsibilities:
Log and assign service calls to technicians based on location and skill.
Track daily service job completion and follow up for feedback.
Communicate with customers regarding appointment timings and status.
Support technicians by providing technical documentation or remote troubleshooting.
Maintain service database and records of AMC, warranty, and job sheets.
Generate service performance reports and share with management.
Coordinate with spare parts team for required replacements.
Ensure customer satisfaction and escalate unresolved issues promptly.
