Coordinate with vendors for parts, prepare reports, and support billing.
Requirements
Experience in service coordination or customer support.
Strong organization, communication, and MS Office skills.
Calm under pressure; knowledge of IT hardware service (printers/copiers) Needed.
Bilingual (English/Hindi) is a plus.
