Key Responsibilities:
1. Coordinate service activities with field service engineers across India.
2. Manage scheduling, dispatch, and follow?up of service requests.
3. Respond to customer queries via email, phone, and other platforms.
4. Maintain documentation, prepare reports, and track service performance metrics using Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
5. Liaise between customers, engineers, and internal teams for smooth issue resolution.
Required Skills:
- Proficiency in MS Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
- Strong communication and coordination abilities.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks and work independently.
- Basic understanding of electronics/electrical equipment (advantageous).
