Coordinate and schedule service visits with clients and service engineers.
Act as the primary point of contact for clients regarding service requests, complaints, or follow-ups.
Maintain accurate service records, job cards, and reports.
Track service progress and ensure timely completion of service calls.
Communicate service schedules, delays, and resolutions clearly to clients.
Liaise with the stores and logistics teams for parts or materials required for service work.
Prepare and maintain daily, weekly, and monthly service reports.
Ensure customer satisfaction through prompt and professional service coordination.
Support the service team with administrative and documentation tasks.
Qualifications and Skills:
B.com or Diploma
0-5 years of experience in service coordination, customer support, or related roles.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
