Plan and schedule preventive maintenance, repair, and installation services for elevator components.
Assign service calls to technicians based on priority, location, and skill set.
Track service jobs to ensure timely completion and follow-up on pending issues.
2. Customer Communication
Serve as the primary point of contact for service inquiries, complaints, and escalations.
Communicate job status, estimated timelines, and service reports to customers.
Maintain strong customer relationships through proactive and professional communication.
3. Documentation & Reporting
Prepare and maintain service logs, maintenance records, and job completion reports.
Manage service documentation such as job cards, inspection reports, and warranty claims.
Generate service performance reports and support the Service Manager in data analysis.
4. Coordination with Internal Teams
Collaborate with Sales, Production, and Spare Parts departments for material and manpower availability.
Coordinate with the Quality team for defect analysis and feedback on recurring issues.
Ensure feedback from the field is communicated to design/manufacturing for continuous improvement.
5. Compliance & Safety
Ensure all service activities comply with safety standards and company policies.
Support technicians with risk assessments and safety documentation before job execution.
Education - B.COM / Diploma
