Job Description

Designation: Service Co-Ordinator

Customer service

: Respond to customer inquiries, resolve complaints, and build relationships with customers

Service delivery

: Plan and coordinate the delivery of services, such as scheduling technicians for maintenance or repair

Record keeping

: Maintain accurate records of service requests, work orders, and client interactions

Reporting

: Create reports on service levels, performance metrics, and other activities

Communication

: Coordinate with clients and other teams to ensure a seamless customer experience

Inventory

: Monitor inventory levels of parts and supplies
