Preparing and sending offers/quotations for AMC, battery as required.
Follow-up on offers/quotations sent.
Making Order Execution Forms (OEF) against Purchase Order received.
Follow-up with customers for due payments
Co-ordinating with Vertiv team for AMC support.
Preparing and sending daily/monthly reports as and when required by management
Co-ordinating with Service Engineers for customer inquiries and requirements.
