to manage customer relationships, respond to service requests, and ensure seamless handling of quotations and IVR calls. The ideal candidate will have experience with CRM systems, excellent communication skills, and a proactive approach to customer satisfaction and service process optimization.
Key Responsibilities:1. Quotation Management for Spare Parts and Services (Including AMC Contracts)
Prepare and deliver accurate, timely quotations for spare parts, services, and Annual Maintenance Contracts (AMCs).
Coordinate with technical and procurement teams to determine costs, availability, and delivery timelines.
Draft professional quotations including all necessary details such as pricing, warranty terms, service/installation charges, and lead times.
Maintain a well-organized database of frequently requested parts and services for quick turnaround.
Follow up with customers for quotation approvals or feedback.
Coordinate post-approval execution with the sales and service teams.
2. IVR Call Handling and Customer Query Routing
Manage and monitor the IVR (Interactive Voice Response) system to ensure efficient call routing.
Configure the IVR to categorize calls based on customer needs (complaints, inquiries, service requests, etc.).
Ensure prompt responses to missed or unresolved calls logged through the IVR.
Generate and share call summaries with relevant departments for timely resolution.
Train and support the customer service/reception team in managing IVR-based queries effectively.
