Job Summary:



The Service Coordinator is responsible for managing and coordinating all service-related activities, including scheduling service visits, tracking service requests, liaising between customers and service engineers, and ensuring timely resolution of service issues. This role is pivotal in ensuring excellent customer satisfaction and efficient backend support.

Key Responsibilities:



Coordinate and schedule service appointments with customers and field service engineers. Receive and log service requests via phone, email, or portal. Maintain service records and generate regular reports on service activities. Monitor open service calls and ensure timely closure of cases. Act as the point of contact between customers and the technical team. Assist in planning preventive maintenance schedules. Manage spare parts availability and coordinate dispatches as needed. Follow up with customers post-service for feedback and satisfaction. Maintain accurate documentation and compliance with service SLAs. Support warranty claims and AMC (Annual Maintenance Contract) execution.

Qualifications & Requirements:



Bachelor's degree or diploma in Engineering / Electronics / Instrumentation / Business Administration. 2-5 years of experience in service coordination or customer support roles, preferably in instrumentation or electronics industry. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Strong organizational and multitasking ability. Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word) and service CRM tools. Ability to work under pressure and maintain service quality standards.

Preferred Skills:



Familiarity with laboratory or analytical instruments. ERP/CRM system experience (SAP, Zoho, Salesforce, etc.). Knowledge of AMC, installation, and service workflow in industrial/equipment businesses.

Compensation:



As per industry standards and based on experience.
