Job Description

A Service Coordinator is responsible for managing service operations, coordinating between clients and service teams, scheduling appointments, and ensuring smooth service delivery and customer satisfaction. This role is crucial in ensuring that services are provided efficiently and that client needs are consistently met.

Key Responsibilities

Coordinate and schedule service appointments based on client needs and staff availability. Serve as the primary point of contact for clients regarding service inquiries and updates. Maintain accurate records of service requests, client interactions, and service outcomes. Handle and escalate client complaints or queries as necessary. Follow up with clients to ensure satisfaction and proper service completion. Prepare and distribute service activity reports. Collaborate with service teams to ensure efficient service delivery and coordination. Assist in developing and implementing service procedures and policies as required.

Education and Experience Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent is typically required. Associate or bachelor's degree in business administration, management, or a related field preferred. Previous experience in service coordination or an administrative/customer service role is advantageous. Familiarity with industry-specific software and best practices is helpful.
