Trojan Technologies is seeking a proactive and well-organized
Service Coordinator
to manage day-to-day service activities for our
photocopier and office equipment division
. The candidate will act as the main coordination point between customers, technicians, and the service team to ensure smooth and timely support operations.
Key Responsibilities
Handle incoming customer calls related to
photocopier service, breakdowns, toner requests, and maintenance
.
Log service complaints, assign tickets, and ensure proper follow-up until closure.
Schedule technicians for
photocopier installation, preventive maintenance, and troubleshooting
.
Coordinate client communication, updates, and feedback regarding service status.
Maintain service logs, AMC details, machine history, and daily reports.
Preferred Skills & Experience
Experience in
photocopier service coordination
or IT/office equipment service support (preferred).
Strong communication and customer handling skills.
Ability to multitask, prioritize tasks, and work under minimal supervision.
Basic knowledge of photocopiers, printers, or office equipment is an added advantage.
Proficiency in MS Office and service logging tools.

Pay: ?15,000.00 - ?25,000.00 per month
