Objective:
Maintain a client satisfaction rate of 90% or higher by promptly addressing service-related issues or complaints and ensuring effective communication with clients, technicians, and internal teams.
Measurement:
Feedback forms, resolution time tracking, complaint logs.
3. Service & Client Documentation Accuracy
Objective:
Achieve 100% accuracy in maintaining client records, service history, and documentation, updated in real-time or within 1 working day of any service interaction.
Measurement:
Internal audits, CRM/software record accuracy, supervisor spot checks.
4. Store Inventory & Loss Prevention
Objective:
Conduct monthly stock audits with less than 2% variance, ensuring proper receipt, issue, storage, and labeling of all goods to prevent losses and mismanagement.
Maintain a well-organized, clean, and safe store environment while submitting accurate weekly/monthly stock and activity reports on time, with zero delays.
Measurement:
Supervisor reviews, store inspections, report submission logs.
