Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Service Coordinator.. As a Service Coordinator, you will be the primary point of contact for customers for service and repairs. Your goal will be to provide exceptional customer service, accurately diagnose and communicate repair needs, and ensure timely and efficient completion of work.
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet customers, listen to their concerns, and ask questions to diagnose issues with their electric cycles and bikes
- Accurately estimate repair costs and times, and communicate this information to customers
- Create and manage work orders, including assigning tasks to technicians and tracking progress
- Coordinate with technicians to ensure timely and efficient completion of work
- Handle customer complaints and concerns in a professional and courteous manner
- Maintain a clean and organized service area, including ensuring all necessary tools and equipment are available
- Requirements:- Degree or diploma in automobile, mechanical stream
- 1-2 years of experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in a service or repair environment
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Basic mechanical aptitude and understanding of electric cycles and electric bikes is an asset
