Job Responsibilities:
Coordinate and manage the customer service team.
Handle inbound and outbound service-related calls.
Monitor team performance and ensure targets are met.
Maintain service records and prepare daily reports.
Resolve customer issues and ensure timely follow-up.
Skills Required:
Good communication and leadership skills.
Strong customer service orientation.
Proficient in MS Excel and Word.
Ability to manage team operations efficiently.
