Ensure timely delivery of serviced watches while maintaining quality and customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
Coordinate between stores and brand service teams.
Receive and log service watches; escalate issues to brands.
Follow up on pending services and manage watch logistics.
Support customer database management.
Provide daily reports to the Service Manager.
Requirements:
Basic watch knowledge and good communication skills.
Organized and able to handle multiple tasks.
Prior experience in watch servicing or coordination is a plus.
