Act as the primary point of contact between customers and the in-house service team
Schedule, coordinate, and monitor repair and maintenance activities
Generate service job sheets, track service orders, and maintain accurate records in the system
Communicate clearly with customers regarding service updates, timelines, and any required approvals
Assign tasks to technicians based on workload, priority, and skill level
Follow up on parts ordering, delivery timelines, and inventory coordination
Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly service reports for management review
Ensure all customer interactions are professional, timely, and solution-oriented
Assist with warranty claims and documentation processing
Maintain a clean, organized, and efficient service environment

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
