We're looking for a Technical Service Coordinator who can take charge of a team of field technicians serving top banking clients.
Key Responsibilities
Coordinating
installation, service & AMCs
for security systems across bank branches.
Managing
daily technician schedules
, task allocation, and issue resolution.
Providing
technical support
and guidance to field teams.
Handling
urgent service calls and pressure situations
efficiently.
Acting as the
go-to point of contact
for field teams and customers -- must be
readily available by phone
.
Mush have good communication skill both oral and written.
Qualifications
Minimum 1 years of hands-on experience in security system installation/service (CCTV, alarms
).
Proven ability to
manage teams
and maintain high-quality service delivery.
Excellent communication and coordination skills
-- fluent in tech and task talk.
Availability beyond office hours
for urgent call handling.
Strong understanding of
AMC contracts, troubleshooting & system integration
.
