Responsibilities:
Coordinate and monitor service requests for consumer appliances.
Act as a link between customers, service engineers, and vendors to ensure timely complaint resolution.
Maintain accurate service records, reports, and follow-ups in the system.
Ensure proper documentation of all service activities.
Provide regular updates to customers on service status and escalate unresolved issues when required.
Support the service team in achieving customer satisfaction targets.
Requirements:
Degree or Diploma (preferably in Electronics/Electrical/Mechanical or related fields).
Minimum 1 year of experience in the service field of consumer appliances.
Strong coordination, communication, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work under pressure.
Familiarity with MS Office and basic reporting tools.
