Job Title - Service Co-ordinator

Experince - 1 years to 2years

Location - Koramangala. Bangalore

Eduacation - Any graduate

Langueges - Kannada. English

Assistant Service Co-ordinator roles includes:

1) Attending calls regarding service issue from customers

2) Assigning calls to Service Engineers

3) Should co-ordinate for spares purchase to laptop / desktop and check

warranty

4) Mail Correspondence to customer about service issues

5) Arranging for service calls with third party where Sanctum engineers not

available

6) Replacement mails to be communicated to customer and there POC

7) Faulty spares to be collected and hand over to stock.

8) Co-ordinate with software related issues through any desk with the help of

residence engineer

9) Data maintenance of service in software and mobile application

10) Planning and Co-ordination for service calls outside Bangalore

11) Collection of assets from customers due to accidental damage, water spillage

board related issues and co-ordinate with internal team and convey the

same in mails to customers.

ERP Process

1) Preparation of various types of DC in ERP Software

2) Return Entries of the materials received back from the customers in

ERP Software

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ?18,000.00 - ?21,000.00 per month
