Key Responsibilities:



Pending Payment Follow-Up

- Proactively manage follow-ups for pending payments, ensuring timely resolution and accurate financial tracking.

Feedback Calling

- Conduct customer feedback calls post-service to ensure satisfaction and gather insights for service improvement.

Installation Coordination

- Manage and coordinate installation schedules after receiving new instruments, ensuring smooth execution and customer readiness.

PI Follow-Up

- Monitor and follow up on Proforma Invoices (PI) for spares, visit charges, and service charges to maintain financial accuracy and reduce outstanding dues.

Customer Communication

- Serve as the primary contact for customer queries and service-related issues, providing timely resolutions and ensuring customer satisfaction.

Documentation & Reporting

- Maintain detailed records of customer interactions, service requests, and payment statuses for accurate tracking and reporting.
