Serve as the main point of contact for customers seeking service information, updates, or assistance.
Address customer inquiries, concerns, and service related issues promptly and professionally,
Track service requests and escalate issues when necessary to ensure resolution.
Schedule and assign service calls or tasks to appropriate technicians or service teams.
Monitor the progress of service tasks to ensure that deadlines are met and quality standards are upheld.
Collaborate with various departments (ex, operations, field teams, and management) to streamline workflows.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all service requests, schedules, and customer interactions.
Prepare and submit daily, weekly, or monthly reports on service status, customer feedback, and team performance.
Coordinate with external vendors or service providers to ensure timely delivery and resolution of third-party services.
Ensure vendors adhere to company standards and timelines.
Identify and resolve service related issues in a proactive manner.
Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and resolve any outstanding issues.
Recommend and implement improvements to processes, tools, and procedures to increase efficiency and service quality.
