Key Responsibilities:
Customer Coordination:
Serve as the primary point of contact regarding service inquiries, scheduling, and updates.
Scheduling:
Coordinate and schedule service appointments, ensuring optimal use of resources and personnel.

Qualifications:
Education:
High school diploma or equivalent; associate degree or relevant certification is a plus.
Experience:
Minimum of 5 years of experience in service coordination or a similar role, preferably in the road construction equipment or heavy machinery industry.
Skills:
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and service management software.
Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
