We are currently hiring an

Service Coordinator

with one of our esteemed client having leadership in Advanced analytical & laboratory instruments distribution company.

Role: Service Coordinator

Location:

Tilak Road, Vadodara

Experience:

5-6 years

Responsibilities:

Prepare daily quotes for AMC, CMC, and SCA.

Process service and SCA orders; update customer/instrument data in CRM.

Record payment receipts in service software (Focus).

Coordinate PIR with technical experts and communicate with customers for orders, payments, and dispatches.

Issue Proforma & Tax Invoices; liaise with backend teams (Stores/Warehouse/Accounts).

Assign service calls to engineers as directed; provide daily backend support to branch service team.

Submit consumption forms for free supply items and coordinate timely dispatch with H.O/Store.
