The Service Coordinator will be responsible for managing service calls, coordinating with service engineers across multiple locations, maintaining service reports, and ensuring smooth communication between customers and the service team. Key Responsibilities
Track and record all incoming service calls daily.
Monitor calls to ensure they are received, acknowledged, and resolved by service engineers.
Maintain service data reports, including call logs, response status, and resolution updates.
Coordinate with service engineers regarding technical issues or escalations related to rugged devices.
Respond to customer queries or direct them to the appropriate engineer.
Prepare daily and weekly service performance reports for management.
Ensure smooth and timely communication between customers and the service team.
RequirementsEducation:
Graduate or Diploma in any stream.
Experience:
Freshers can apply .
Skills:
Good communication and coordination skills.
Basic knowledge of MS Excel and data entry.
Ability to multitask and follow up efficiently.
