Prepare engineer schedules for solar-related service calls.
Enter the service schedule into the system or service portal.
Keep the service status and progress updated in the system.
Customer Coordination:
Handle customer inquiries related to solar service.
Confirm service visit timing and maintain proper coordination.
Collect customer feedback and report it accordingly.
Technical Support:
Assist in basic solar system inspection and troubleshooting at sites (if required).
Provide field support to service engineers when needed.
Service Portal Management:
Update service records, job cards, and engineer visit details in the system.
Regularly track pending and completed service jobs.
Reporting:
Submit daily and weekly service schedules and status reports to the Service Manager.
