Job Description
- Job Role -
? Understanding the customer issue and politely providing the solution to the customer.
? Making not of all the service calls in a proper manner with full customer details and
machine details and S no. and the problem reported.
? Allocating calls to engineers and making sure that they visit customers at the committed
time.
? Keeping record of daily engineer calls, checking, collecting and filing their properly
filled service reports.
? Follow up with the vendor for the in warranty support and repair for quick resolution of
the issue reported by the customer.
? Calling customers to take feedback of the call done and satisfaction level. Accordingly
marking satisfaction level on scale of 5 on the report.
? Daily Service Report at the end of the Day.
? Records of machines in office for repair
? Record of the parts ordered, informing customers on the scheduled arrival of parts,
? Record of the estimates given and Follow up for the orders.
? Record of the AMCs and the Machines in AMC.
? Creating a revenue sheet on the service billings that are being done.
? AMC and Service Billings and Payment follow up and recovery of these.
? Follow up old customers / more customer leads to get more business in the company.
? Creating a database of the prospective AMC and service customers and regularly
