Coordinate service calls and assign technicians
Schedule installations, repairs, and maintenance visits
Communicate with customers regarding service status
Prepare service reports, job cards, and follow-ups
Maintain service records and customer data
Coordinate with internal teams for smooth operations
Requirements:
Female candidate preferred
Good communication skills
Basic computer knowledge (Email, Excel, ERP if any)
Ability to handle customers and multitasking
Experience in service coordination is an advantage
