We are seeking a professional and customer-focused
Service Coordinator (Female)
to join our team at our
Computer & Laptop Clinic in Sasthamangalam
. The ideal candidate will be responsible for coordinating service operations, managing customer queries, and ensuring smooth workflow between customers and technicians.
Key Responsibilities:
Greet and assist walk-in customers with service inquiries
Register customer complaints or service requests (software/hardware issues)
Schedule service appointments and assign technicians
Track service jobs and update customers on job status
Prepare job cards, invoices, and maintain service records
Coordinate between technicians and customers for timely issue resolution
Handle customer follow-ups and post-service feedback
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the front office/reception
Manage basic office administrative tasks
Requirements:
Education
: Minimum +2 / Diploma / Any Degree
Experience
: 1+ year in a customer service/admin role preferred (Freshers with good communication skills can also apply)
Technical knowledge
: Basic understanding of computer/laptop service terms is a plus
Skills
:
Good communication in Malayalam and basic English
Customer handling and problem-solving skills
Computer literacy (MS Office, billing software, email handling)
Organizational and multitasking skills
Age
: 20-35 years

Monday to Saturday
Time
: 9:30 AM - 6:00 PM

Salary & Benefits:
Salary
: ₹10,000 - ?15,000 per month (Based on experience and skill)
